Giff Gfroerer is currently President, North America, of i2SMS. i2SMS is a global leader in SMS (text messaging) marketing platforms and custom applications that has pioneered 2-way SMS as a mobile communications tool allowing live 2-Way B2C connections that are available anywhere, anytime.

His primary clients include international airports, commercial banks, stock exchanges, utility software vendors, cell phone manufacturers, carrier networks, credit agencies, interactive, advertising and marketing agencies, messaging companies, and car manufacturers.

Giff is active in the Technology Association of Georgia, the Wireless Technology Forum; contributor for the University of Oxford Next Generation Mobile Applications Panel; consultant, speaker and author for the ATMIA Mobile Phone Security Committee; presenter for Chartwell in the utility CRM market; consultant to the CDC; and has taught both graduate and undergraduate marketing and business classes at American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He holds a Master of Information Technology degree and has an extensive background in the financial and banking industry.

Currently, Giff is presenting around the United States discussing the evolution of the mobile device and the current state of mobile communications. Most recently he presented on mobile banking security fraud and will next will be discussing Best Practices on Web-based and Mobile Customer Care.
