BTW, the WLW team has contacted me and I'm working with them to resolve this... Thank you again for bringing this topic up.

One way I've been able to reproduce this issue, to get WLW to poke in extra P Tags, is through cut-n-paste (which I do allot).

LOL. I've seen those too in my WLW CTP usage and I thought they were ID-10-T errors (i.e. that I was being an Idiot). Thank you for confirming I'm not going insane (well not much anyway ;)
