Games are going to be the big thing in wellness...the standard "You're too fat and you smoke too much" approach hasn't worked. Companies need people to be well to keep the cap on healthcare costs...and this is how.

Fran is a really terrific speaker, and a leader in wellness communication. She's passionate and knows how to connect with an audience. She'll be prepared and will get the audience to participate. I'm looking forward to this session.

Problem is he's wrong. He likens all debt to credit card debt, and that's not even close. How about if that $327,000 was a mortgage? Or at least $300K of it? That's more like it. I think humanizing this is right, but misleading is misleading.

Vin, I'm with you on a couple of points -- I do think there are some people are engineered to be thinner...the Prez being one. I, on the other hand, have some weird violation of the laws of physics and gain more weight than I eat. It's all about calories for me...and carbs to tell you the truth.

I don't like being told what to do on so many fronts. And you bet, it's essential to lead by example. It's why I think your deal is so compelling...you're not preaching, you're just saying what works. And you don't call people out, you just do it with discipline and aplomb. I would like a world where we had plenty of information, and far fewer people reaching out to tell us what to do. I'm all over that.

Um, I like Coney Dogs, btw. That frigging thing looks awesome.

Hang on, amigo. I thought you've been telling us that you can eat different things...it's the calories that you have to count. I'm with that idea. And I don't think Obama is suffering...at least Barack. Michelle, as we have seen, is packing it on. I do think it's a good idea to give people good eating ideas...but as we all know, it doesn't really help if a person doesn't want the help.
