Giveaways rock! I would use a netbook for on the go surfing and blogging. A netbook would have to give me more opportunity to blog.

Re: louisgray.com: Hi Facebook, It's Me, FriendFeed. I tend to take the wait and see approach as a possible consumer in this device market.

You may be right having seen the Crunchpad first hand. You seem to be making a qualified opinion about which you will choose. I simply think we need to wait and see.

When both devices hit the market I can not wait for you to post again on this subject. Once we know specs, pricing, and availability I would love to hear your thoughts again.

I am excited about these shiny products as well I just thought this post was a tad premature. Keep up the good work Louis!

Re: Toluu Invites

Invite Sent.

Re: Facebook Connected

Not sure what the deal is but the RSS is still not full text.

Re: louisgray.com: Getting Started With Google Friend Connect

From start to finish, great post. Rhetoric is rhetoric. In your opinion. You make broad generalizations that might have truth but are not by your simple statement made true. This is your blog and you have every right to say what you want. I just want to point out this is your opinion. Not fact your opinion.

"They say she's as qualified as Obama, but that's wrong." In your opinion. You may be right but maybe not.

"Republican women are pro-choice. Americans are pro-choice. A woman candidate who is pro-life, no matter how attractive, doesn't have much appeal in this country," Again this is not fact this is simply your opinion.

You are entitled to your opinion as each citizen. What is it they say about opinions?

We all have them and they stink. Sorry but this is drivel and in my opinion this stinks.

Re: FriendFeed on My Blog

It worked great Thanks.

Re: Are You Stream, Digest or Something Else?

First, thanks for the mention. Excellent post. :)

Second, its always very interesting to see how you are perceived by your peers. I would mostly agree with your assessment of my FriendFeed style. I would agree and place myself in the Digest box most of the time. But, you are correct that I do write from the historian point of view. Perhaps I need to be a little crankier and trend toward pundit.

Re: The HTML Fieldset

I do not know for sure but I bet it has something to do with Google Reader's
CSS or how Feedburner creates my feed. Perhaps the FF devs will help with this in the future.

I suggest some way of linking to the original posting by the author. All the re-shares would point (link) at the original.

Hutch Carpenter suggested the Link centric versus Person centric approaches way back in April. http://bhc3.wordpress.com/2008/04/24/proposal-t...

Re: Down with FriendFeed Etiquette

Shey, thanks for the comment. You are exactly right on and that is my point put simply,
"use the service however you want to, but if you're a jerk about it, you'll
suffer the social consequences one way or another."
