Hi Jonathan - to save you hunting around your notes, the session on regulating the sale of essays was given by me. I chose to focus on the legal difficulties of regulation rather than the bigger question because I thought the final panel session might be a better arena for such issues - shame about Mr Littlewood's absence......
I thought the conference was good - I met lots of interesting folk.
