That's brilliant! I loved all the passersby weaving through the frozen people. What a masterstroke of performance art.
Thanks for posting that, Frank!

Oooooooh, been there . . .
VERY well done spot, however. Great casting, good writing, and I've been in that room (wherever it is).
Thanks, Frank.

in Communication Lesson: Let Them Know What’s Happening on KnowHR Blog
Nice riff on that sign, Frank. Reminds me of seeing signs (yes, plural) in Harrod's in London, along the trail that led to "Father Christmas" (their version of Santa Claus). The first sign I encountered read "Four hours" . . . Makes three minutes look like a blip.

in There Are Better Ways to Make Career on KnowHR Blog
There is SO MUCH more that people can do (get away with?) in Europe. (Well, unless you talk about your competition directly, which is a capital offense in many countries.)
But even without such a stark image, one could still be bold in the story they tell about their firm. Setting aside the shock value, this picture sets a very immediate tone -- and they could've told a similarly strong story without being quite so (ahem) graphic.

Great job, Frank. #6 in particular resonated with me, having been through similar sessions in jobs gone by. Do you have any stats on what % of corporate HR "initiatives" fail? Probably too high a number . . .
And thanks for including that clip. What a great message!

John
