in Suspend to RAM Issues on Fedora 7 on iRant
Latest kernel (kernel-2.6.22.1-33.fc7) seems to be working properly. I got suspend/hibernate both working properly without any further modifications with this kernel although all my previous attempts failed with previous kernels.
