The colors aren't working for me. I had to do this to make it work:

GREEN="\[\033[0;32m\]"
YELLOW="\[\033[0;33m\]"
WHITE="\[\033[0;0m\]"

melvinram Hmm that’s interesting. I wonder why that is. When I put in what you have, the colors don’t work for me but with the original code, it works. In anycase, glad you got it working.

Will others pls comment on which of the two (if any) works for you? Also add your OSX version. I am on Leopard.

I'm basically in the same boat right now. I don't see the need to buy a Kindle when the books cost more than a paper book. Like your friend, I do not see any reason that those e-books should cost more. For now, I'll stick with the library and buy only the books I really need.

in Chrome as My Primary Browser on dmiessler.com | grep understanding

I haven't really cared for Chrome that much, especially since I didn't really see any speed gains. Since Google said that's the main thing to use Chrome for, I don't see the point.

When SpiderMonkey comes out and blows Chrome away with a noticeable speed difference, I would have to switch back anyway...

I love how they both laugh at him while he just takes it because he knows he's right. Hopefully they are paying attention to him now.

I agree, but I don't think he had enough time to do so. McCain was trying so hard to just throw out so many lies that Obama was just trying to make sure everything was covered. For example, McCain started out saying that taxes can't be raised and that they needed to be lowered, implying that he was going to do so. He later said that Obama was going to raise taxes. To most citizens that's a huge thing, so I'm glad Obama went in there and cleared everything up point by point.

So while I agree that it would have been nice to have some more direct hits from Obama, I think he looked good by catching McCain in all his futile efforts to sound like an admirable candidate.
