A great post, Josh.
However, if you decide to "run your business from your Facebook profile" you must make sure Facebook does not suddenly "ban" you, for whatever reason. It seems they can be quite unpredictable and suddenly ban you, sometimes without even telling you why - and it may be for a "crime" you were not even aware you'd committed!
So before you make this critical decision, make sure you've read, really read and understood the Facebook TOS :-)

in Bestest Blog Post Evaaaar? on Utah Tech Jobs
Robert, this comment on Jason's blog is truly awesome. The last paragraph is incredibly insightful. It goes way beyond recruiting/jobseeking. In fact it's a powerful and skillful description/summary of New Communication/Marketing/PR: Attention is everything, and once you've established authority and trust, you no longer have to "interrupt" anyone because people will seek you out, beat a path to your doorstep.

Thank you! That's very kind. Self-awareness is very important to me.
