Radiant heating for the bathroom floors (all the floors in the house actually) is at the top of my want-list for sure. :) Whoever did the bathroom in my house before I moved in used icy cold ceramic tiles--did they not realize people go barefoot in that room!?

Great list. Note2Self sounds like it would be great for me, as I usually have my brilliant (and idiotic) ideas while I'm out walking the dog or on the road listening to podcasts and audiobooks. I usually have my iPhone with me and use the notes feature which is kind of slow (and a bit awkward when you're holding a dog leash too!). :)

I bet you won't have trouble finding a place to park and lock that bad boy. :)

Haha, reminds me of Neil Stephenson's Snow Crash. Seems like the hero was living in a shipping container or maybe it was a storage unit. Those homes look pretty sweet though. I'd take them over a trailer any day ;)

Heh, didn't they store brains or souls in something like that in the old Star Treks too? They do have a vaguely otherworld science fiction/fantasy look, but maybe I'm just too much of a geek ;)
