That is a great question, and I apologize for not including that info in this post.
It is my experience on my MacBook Pro that when using the Turbo.264 HD, less of your processor is being used that without it. I am working on a timed example video export, and will have it posted shortly.

If I got the results that you are seeing, I would have taken mine back.
You can see the screen shots that I posted above, I am seeing a 2-1 ratio on my MacBookPro. 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.

How would this be any different than the other video streaming apps on the iPhone i.e YouTube, ustream etc? AT&T hasn't blocked them. !?!

This is a fantastic upgrade to a AWESOME plugin that no photography site should be with out! It also works with photographs that are hosted on Photobucket.
