in Governor Lynch has a soaring lead over Joseph Kenney, but will it stick? on nhcomreaders

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ki...

18 September 2008
KingCast open letter to Lynch challenger Joseph Kenney, about the Beloin, Franconia and Paulhus cases, vis a vis outright corruption by NH AG & LE.

Dear Senator Kenney:

Please review the so-called John Lynch integrity pledge to find that it is a complete sham.

I don't know if you were aware that Kelly Ayotte and HHS were responsible for violating Civil Rights on the Juvenile DNA matter with DJJS FS Form 004. There is potential for a massive class action lawsuit over that.

I don't know if you were aware of the Franconia shooting tragedy coverup (here's more) or of the Michael Paulhus coverup and Diane Lyons ongoing case in Dalton.

I don't know if you were aware of the Dow Murders, in which former LE Dick Dow probably murdered his wife and adoptive son, but here are some letters to Governor Lynch about that. Kelly: I hereby formally request that you re-open that investigation and charge Richard Dow with murder.

And I don't know if you were aware of the G. Michael Bahan/Gerard Beloin scandal either, but I'm here to make you aware of it, and to tell you that if you really want to clean up New Hampshire I can bring you a ton of support in your race against Governor Lynch. As noted in the link above, Senator Biden himself told me that he would enforce 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) against Gregory W. Floyd, but Lynch and Ayotte obviously don't give a damn, and that's shameful in and of itself. They are basically running a criminal enterprise, Sir, and without people like you to help clean it up New Hampshire is only flying downhill.

I'll be preparing my report to the U.S. House and writer Casey Sherman is investigating the Franconia cover up. For whom the bell tolls, Sir. For whom the bell tolls.

PS: For the general public, that's Senator Kenney with Liko Kenney's friend Oliver Ruff, a part time lobbyist. Watch Oliver and me seek Justice in the Statehouse halls in KingCast short video: "Franconia 5/11: Injustice on Stilts."

Of course we didn't find any Justice, and Governor Lynch never responded to the KingCast letter as printed in the Caledonian Record, either. All we asked was for him to come to Franconia to speak with the citizens about how they felt regarding certain law enforcement officers.

Exactly, it doesn't.

One black man is friends with another black man, therefore he espouses all of his policies.

I doubt it.

I'm not a huge Deval Patrick fan, BTW.

in NH alters law on collecting DNA samples on Nashua Telegraph
Remember folks, the "burglary" in the underlying case involved a kid using the Internet at a bookstore where he thought he had authorization, so he really wasn't even a "violent offender," yet the State attempted to take his DNA.

Whoa.

Andy thanks for covering this. I broke it a few weeks ago when 'M,' the father who phoned in to the WMUR show, contacted me.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/10/hu...

Don't forget that he's got other issues with Kelly Ayotte, including the fact that Concord LE harassed his son and him during all of this for no visible reason. He telephoned Kelly and she did nothing about it.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ki...

Anyway, this is the most insidious invasion of privacy known to man. Let the lawsuits begin.

Note: On the comment regarding Hilary, the Republicans are taking a simple compliment designed to show party unity and trying to stretch it to weaken a strong Democratic ticket ,in the face of the Truth: John McCain and Sarah Palin are more of the same feckless management that put our country in such a sad state to start with.

"I could walk from here to Manchester and doubt I'd find one person who would say the fundamentals are strong and the economy is roaring – unless I ran into John McCain," Biden said.

I told him he and Senator Obama are the most formidable ticket in my 43 years and also appreciated the hug and his response to my question about enforcement of gun laws for people like Gregory W. Floyd, a multiple felon with a violent history. In my opinion Floyd murdered Liko Kenney but the Republican NH AG won't refer him to the feds for weapons charges even though he has continued to own guns.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ne...

He gave me a hug and said "The Law is clear," referring to recitation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) in his administration no U.S. Attorney would fail to enforce the law.

I shoot guns (legally) but enough is enough.

Joe Biden said he would protect the Second Amendment rights of anyone except known felons like Gregory W. Floyd.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ne...

While he acknowledged the principal right to bear arms, he me a hug and told everyone "The Law (18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1)) is clear" and that no U.S. Attorney under his supervision will allow people like Gregory W. Floyd to carry guns.

in In city, Biden tears into McCain on Nashua Telegraph
That was the money quote:

"I could walk from here to Manchester and doubt I'd find one person who would say the fundamentals are strong and the economy is roaring – unless I ran into John McCain," Biden said.

I also appreciated the hug and his response to my question about enforcement of gun laws for people like Gregory W. Floyd, a multiple felon with a violent history.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ne...

He gave me a hug and said "The Law is clear," referring to recitation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) in his administration no U.S. Attorney would fail to enforce the law, and that felons do routinely surrender privileges in this country and the Second Amendment is a permissible forfeiture.

The Biden on fire question before mine was good too, in fact I think it lead to the money quote.

I also gave Kevin Landrigan a copy of this post:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ki...

In which I note that NH AG Kelly Ayotte told a lie because she has to have investigative documents pertaining to the Michael Paulhus shooting.

We got some great information today in the way of a promise from Senator Biden to prosecute people like Gregory Floyd for 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) violations, and this from Marta Modigliani:

in Nashuatelegraph.com: Nashua settles police shooting suit for $80k on Nashua Telegraph
Kind of reminds me of the Darren Tufts case:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/da...

Darren Tufts guns were not loaded, but Kelly cleared the police as usual. You want more, read the Paulhus case in Nashua where the police violated his Miranda rights and pretended to be from the AG's office. This was a COURT RULING.

http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/apps/pbcs.dll/ar...
» Quote:

"Ruling in the criminal case, Hillsborough County Superior Court Judge Bernard Hampsey found that police violated Paulhus' rights by questioning him without reading him his Miranda rights while he was in pain from having been **** and despite his desire to consult a lawyer; and by posing as investigators for the state attorney general's office."

Kelly did nothing about it. Didn't even publish an opinion even though she investigated it. That's why I just asked her for her files on that and the Dion shootings:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/ki...

And let's not forget the Michael Addison Miranda violations, that Kelly excused by saying that the police did nothing wrong.

Her actions besmirch the legal community at large, and her office in the specific.

in Nashua Police say there were no deaths in Concord Street accident on Nashua Telegraph
09 July 2008

Will NH AG Kelly Ayotte finally help Suman Adhikari, a victim of MBF Leasing and victimized yet again by lawlessness in a car crash?

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/07/wi...

There were two related and bizarre car accidents yesterday in Nashua, about 600 feet from KingCast headquarters. My friend Shanna thought she was going to be stuck by the red Volvo wagon that was rear-ended by the white Subaru, which hit-and-ran and then struck a power pole at Kirkpatrick's Corner. She walked over to the car and tried to turn it off and others came to help. Shan has been through a lot lately and I'm just glad she's all right.

My friend Suman owns Kirkpatrick's Corner store and like many others, he complained about MBF Leasing and Vericomm (read the history here) to State Officials including one Kelly Ayotte, who told him to go pound salt, even as lawyers all over the country are lashing out at this company's predatory, unequal-arms-length tactics. They employ ruthless and deceitful sales tactics and you can read about them here at Merchantpointofsale.com.

And here you can see how Kelly didn't give a damn and threw the complaint out because she's a big business dupe.

What a spineless, bought-and-sold pathetic AG we have in Kelly Ayotte. In fact, the Union Leader said so too because she lets killers go free while the public is uninformed. Here then, is their editorial "Killers at large, AG's Office silent."

I have spoken with Fred Murray when he called me a year ago because both of us have been involved in somewhat successful Right-to-Know litigation against the very government that is supposed to be helping. Other issues have popped up including strange responses to a bloody knife and dispatch logs that don't jibe and the whole nine yards. Here is an ongoing thread http://www.topix.net/forum/city/franconia-nh/T6... and a good focus by Maribeth Conway http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cache:RQs2l5_sEu...

Nothing is crystal clear in this case and that is why the litigation was brought. I've put a bunch of cases on the telegraph forum link you can get right here:

As a successful Right to Know litigant against NH AG Kelly Ayotte and the Town of Franconia last month I can safely say that Right to Know is a tricky animal especially in the meetings context, and its protections must be maintained.

I agree with Justin and I worked with both of them at Best Honda.

I couldn't bring myself to read the paper after hearing how it happened from someone 2 cars behind him. I hear the fire marshal thinks a tyre blew and dragged him across the road.

He was not a fast driver, a party guy or anything like that. What he was, was a Great and gentle Spirit with a quick smile who wouldn't harm a flea and he was getting ready for school in the fall.

I remember how he used to scamper up over the counter when the door was locked, he was like double jointed all over his body so funny, so funny.....

The World lost a Great Kid and I've been crying all night over this, it's just so unfair.

But definitely not Bruce McKay or Dave Cox, and here's why:

in FCC Allows Newspapers to Own Broadcast Stations on The Technology Liberation Front
This is not any kind of Good.

And it has its roots back with none other than U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who slammed affirmative action programs designed to maintain and to promote diversity.

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2007/12/ki...

He intentionally delayed a vote back in '91 that would have expanded protections for women in media. He delayed the vote because he thought it would have a negative impact on his Supreme Court Judicial appointment, and not only that, he really applied strict scrutiny instead of the mid-level scrutiny used in sex cases.

"He said in the decision that the Federal Communications Commission's policy of giving preference to women was unconstitutional because it denied equal protection of the laws to white men."

The decision flew in the face of recent case law established by the Brennan Decision in Metromedia v. FCC as noted in these NYTimes links one and two.

in How We Broke the Julia Earl Story on The Editor's Blog

Dear Editor Pappas:

You know by now that I was a photojournalist/editor at a statewide weekly, and a reporter for the Indy Star before I went to law school, so the Fourth Estate is where it's at for me.

We have to hold government accountable and keep it open and honest.

Here's the latest on the First Amendment speech restrictions initiated by Julia Earl, along with a copy of the email sent from Alderman Teeboom to the Telegraph:

http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/...board.html

And how did Alderman Teeboom find me?

The same way you found out about Julia Earl:

Google and the Internet.

Peace.
