I've been with Phonewire.com for almost 3 years now and they've always been more accurate than Simulscribe. The price is a little more, but I think it is worth it when I'm using it for my business calls. I can't afford to waste any time guessing what Simulscribe was trying to type.

I was threatened by Simulscribe too and there customer service is horrible! I went searching on Google and found Phonewire.com who, I guess, is a competitor of Simulscribe (or maybe the other way around!). Either way, Phonewire has outstanding 24/7 customer service and Matt Rugalski personally walked me through configuring everything for my office phone system. Because they use live operators to transcribe the message, they are 100% accurate. And my transcribed Phonewire messages were delivered faster than Simulscribe too, if you can figure that one out let me know?!! Overall, they are just more pleasant people to deal with and they're prices are about the same.

I tried Simulscribe and the accuracy just isn't as high as Phonewire. They do cost more, but the price is worth it when you are trying to save time. What's the point of cheap voicemail transcription if you can't rely on the quality of the transcription?
