Warmer weather is my cue to hunker down and get busy. Today it’s 25° and snowing. It doesn’t feel like it’s time yet.

Doing taxes is also my excuse to avoid going outside when I don’t feel like it just because it’s nice outside. When spring comes, everybody who can’t wait to go out thinks everybody else feels the same way. I don’t.

Re: The Harvard Crimson :: Opinion :: The Church of Atheism

I don't think the disagreement here is fundamentally religious at all. Either you try to base your knowledge on evidence, or you think it's okay to believe in the absence of any evidence. If the latter, then you give yourself permission to believe quite literally any crazy thing you -- or anyone else -- can think up.

Re: Leo’s Twitter Updates for 2007-11-26

I reserve the right to judge you (and anybody else), but Enchanted has a 93% rating at Rotten Tomatoes. That's a score you'd normally see on "quality" films (i.e. Oscar bait) that aren't nearly as much fun as Enchanted is. So hold your head high.

Re: OhGizmo! » Archive » Medinose Hayfever Treatment

This looks exactly like a useless medical treatment ripoff.
