Great way to encourage people to comment and be active, as well as giving back to those who are already active.

You might also consider adding a "top commentators" plugin =)

It's expected to get both quality and non-quality comments. When I turned off NOFOLLOW for my blog though, I've gotten mostly quality comments, with only 2 that I can think of that are most likely there just for the link. I still don't get very many comments but it's definitely increased from 1 comment a month :P

Is this hard drive only accessible to the account owner, or is it possible to use it as "web host" to upload images and such?

I see. That wouldn't be good then. Unless a separate public account is created specifically for that group of people to access files, although it would still be much more of a hassle than just opening up multiple free web-hosting accounts and hotlinking ^_^

That's a great idea, and I've seen it around quite a few blogs. I've always wanted to add it to my blog. Do you know any way to add this to a Blogger/BlogSpot blog?
