how does one use a passkey or security code for Planon bluetooth priinter? And why when my vista LAPTOP RECOGNIZED THE PLANON AND SENT A DOC TO PRINT TO PRINTSTIK THAT HAD BEEN INSTALLED AND PRINTSTIK SHOWED BLUE TOOTH ON, DID PRINTSTIK NOT ACTUALLY PRINT? THANKS
