I think this action should have taken place right after his 2nd running with the law. 1st offence a warning, 2nd offence fired, end of story.

It is a shame that laws don't always apply to everyone and in this case the law should be enforced at full force to make an example of people that are supposed to enforce the law. All I know is that a person that picks up trash for a living gets caught with Heroin he will get his a** fired plus jail time why not some one in charge of the law? I was a teen in the 90s and for sure the Lawrence we have now is way better than the Lawrence of the 90s. Hope this trend continues until high crime rate is a thing of the past. Three things need to work together in order to get there: parent involvement, programs to prevent gangs and keep teens busy and last but no least our court systems to work for the citizens again.

I'm sick to my stomach with this story, the punishment does not fit the crime. This man was over speed limits, angaged in road rage and he gets 90 days. This world is F-ed up, chances are the homeless lady that stole the chicken from Demoula's the other day might get more time than this fool. Worst of all how can this man sit in the court room get such a light sentence and don't even say sorry to the mother of the boy for his stupid decision that caused this young boy's life.

Come on you must be more inteligent than this I hope, every family is different and one cannot be bothered with what someone else got or didn't get. The thing to do is to work with what you have and what you can do, that is how get to success not how you presented yourself here.

What adults decide to do with their personal lives is fine with me, heck if someone wants to marry a penguin that's fine with me too just don't shove it down society's throat and keep it in your house. Where I have a little bit of concern is when children are in the mix. If the childrens are already present then there is not an option I guess but to go to a lab to have a child I think is a little akward and not the best setting for that child in my opinion.
