Dreams and a strong vision for the future inspire great creativity within in me. When that happens I am my best self.

Re: What is the wish behind your biggest complaint?

Inaccuracy. I recently when to a postal outlet inside a drug store. Even though the card indicated the outlet would be open from 9-5, it neglected to mention that the outlet is closed from 1 to 2 for lunch. Guess what time I arrived. It's so simple to communicate, it's just an extra few characters to print a lunch hour on a card, it's just a phone call or an email to communicate a more accurate description of something. My deep desire is that we all take a moment to understand how we will be understood by our audience so that we all strive to be better communicators. It's the golden rule, right?

Re: What&#8217;s your favourite form of exercise?

Weight Training I love the process and structure of it all, it represents my constructive side. My style statement (constructive graceful) sent me on a journey to discover my graceful side. That's when I found Nia (<a href="http://www.nianow.com" rel="nofollow">www.nianow.com</a>). Jonathan and David Murray wrote a book called "Two for the Money" they have a fantastic formula in there for paying down your debt - it was the best advice I've ever received and it worked! I had a great time in that job. Well, that first day I started that amazing job, I came home to find out my husband (of only 11 months) had left me, ouch! That was 8 years ago, it was the beginning of this most beautiful journey that I have been on. I've learned what a deep sense of compassion is from this beginning and this beginning lead to a passion and connection with design that I could now not live without. Lovely.

Re: What&#8217;s not working in your wardrobe?

The volume of stuff! Too many categories: Western and Eastern. Summer and Winter. Work out and Casual. Business Casual and Business. Semi Formal and Formal. Aggggh! If I lived in San Francisco I would have warm to cool clothes in eastern or western fashion that I can wear any time of the year, wouldn't that be nice! But alas, I'm in Toronto. Three seasons: really hot, just right, really cold and just right again. And two looks: My North American business entrepreneur identity and my Indo-Pakistani identity - isn't it wonderful to be Canadian?

Re: What&#8217;s the lesson that keeps repeating in your life?

Listen then respond. But sugar aaaaaahhhhrrhrhhgghghh - impossible! Then a homeopathic doctor told me: "well that's understandable, you have a chemical craving for sugar" - oh, is it that simple? Well, no not really. It does help when I eat lots of plain yogurt (no sugar added) and have my physillium husk and keep up with the Chromium pills - the sugar cravings do go away, but keeping up with all that, not easy! So, I take much inspiration from you - can I do it? Well, I don't think I'm ready to answer that yet! You've really given me something to live with an idea, a possibility that it can be done. I was always afraid of connecting and then one day I came to realize that I was leaving anxiety and fear behind and moving through the world. It wasn't until I put them in a little red wagon and started dragging them around with me everywhere I go that I truly started connecting.
