It's really disrespectful the behavior of many potential clients.  We just had a potential customer and worked hard to create a proposal and create a multi-agency solution for them.  They didn't even have the decency to respond to many phone calls or emails I had with simply questions in the proposal creation process.  Then, after I sent them the proposal they didn't respond to another round of emails or phone calls.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Quite a lesson for me.  I need to feel organizations out more before even talking with them.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Paul</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 05 Aug 2008 16:28:11 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
