I missed a couple weeks of American Idol and when I switched it on, i could not believe that out of the 3 Asian American candidates, SANJAYA WAS LEFT. What on earth?! Dude cannot sing!

this news, when i heard it, made me very very sad. and angry. i wonder about the psychology of a nation in such deep denial. (the same nation that evaded (for economic reasons) the "discipline" that Germany had to undergo, after WWII).

dude--I remember going to Harvard for an information session in high school and asking the admissions officer about this very claim, that they actually discriminate AGAINST Asians in their admissions process.

i remember that man just stammered and couldn't answer my question.

I think I wrote "over fifty miles," as I do agree with you--she traveled a great distance to this horrible end.

At this point, I wish all those who knew her--especially her family, a sense of peace soon.
