re: sns activity - as you know we focus on the whole range of social media platforms /strategies rather than one in isolation - how holistic of us ;-) - we have to be careful as highlighting the practise in isolation, especially as Mas highlighted better than I could regarding the current understanding in the sector.

Applaud your efforts in raising the discourse and focus on sns and youth work, we just have a different take on it fella.

Man that sucks and feel your pain (after experiencing hard drive crashes in the past with little backup) - time machine is the best option for macs as you can forget about it as long as you have your external drive plugged in...

Good luck with the rewrite of the course (2nd drafts are always better anyway) ;-)

Great start for those entering the discussion - we help companies with this question all the time and our response is to play around first with social media and then you can design from the actual rather than the perceived.

So a social media policy for those who don't have one is one line - start exploring social media platforms and tools before creating a policy around it.
