yeah ... soda is just plain horrible, and i believe that finally, more and more people are starting to realize this ...although you are right , its amazing that even schools give kids horrible over processed junk ....

Canada day , interesting , i would have never known about this day ... if it weren't for this post. When i think of Canada, i think of a few great tv shows that are made in Canada , i think of British Columbia , and the Yukon haha because no one lives there :P

I'm not much of a coffee drinker ... i always found it funny when people would say " i like my coffee black" ... i always thought you had to have a real tough nature to like that kind haha :P ... but yeah i can agree with you on the hot chocolate :) , and I am sure that creamer is the best choice
