It is all about the big picture and the big game. It's like in sports, when the stakes are high some of the worst teams somehow miraculously accomplish feats untold. Er...like the Cardinals of Arizona, where did they come from? Or look at Pres. Obama...the stakes were, the game was huge and well...it's history now.

I come from the Capital of marathon runners. Most people think it is crazy to run for that long of a time. But every Kenyan runner will tell you, after so many Kilometers, you don't even know you are doing it. It's just that easy :)!

I have come to an understanding that a lot of people do not what to give up comforts for wealth, ignorance for knowledge because it takes work and you have to put yourself out there. People are afraid to fail, but I like what Mark Sanborn says, "It is better to be a has been rather than a never was!"

The stakes just got bigger for me and I am in it to win it!

Definitely a great family movie pick. Who can resist Noah Wyle, he is sooo yummmy! The movie itself is good. Great recommendation.

ok this piece is amazing of course and very timely during these so called "difficult economic times" It's time to let go of dead weight, cause dead weight sinks! Up ward and onward. There are too many people looking for help and success to spend time persuading and coaxing prentenders to get with the program. I would rather work with contenders! There is something about vegas marketers that is so on point. Must be the water y'all drink out there!

Speaking of which, Kenny Rogers loves africa (kenya and Tanzania to be precise). He wrote this song called Shimoni (which is a place is Manimba a.k.a Zanzibar of my youth).

Hmmm very telling post. I like the guy too and the historic value of the election is not lost on me. BUT...that wealth redistribution and govt. all up in my business...hmmm. I sit here and look at myself, a black woman, who just happens to be mormon....I mean I am the SI unit of minority. However I work hard to learn, to grow, to be. I do not want hand outs. I want opportunity to grow my talents. I know Barack is a liberal, I can only hope for the best. As for me I am off to figure out the itunes podcasting feed kaffafle it is driving me batty! Arrrrgh! help.

Fabulous outside the box thinking. I love that you giving us the ability to empower ourselves. So your client, customer, biz builder hasn't contacted you in a while. Ok you atone for that...I love it. Not to get christian on you but that is the very ideat of the Messiah, someone that takes upon themselves the responsibility so that you do not have to in a sense!

Example is the best teacher. I am discovering as the days go that leadership isn't so much about telling people what to do, it is about pointing people in the right direction and waiting to see who still has their hands up. Those are the ones you want to focus your time and energy on!

I'd love to see integration with twitter. What I mean is, have a way of making sure that all my twitter followers automatically follow me on blellow cause girl, it is hard work :)

I love that we have more ways to market (don't like the word advertise). What I do not like tho' is this red highlight stuff google is doing (and funny thing I love red it is my fav color). But I for one am very gratful for YouTube and the trend for video marketing that they set!

Well I knew that you were a bright lady, but just how bright I didn't know! WOW! I am going to enjoy listening to you on the show! This is great information. I noticed those little boxes and I had not clue what they did. I did figure out I can post comments and so I have been doing that knowing that people will read them tehehehehe!

If it is true they will push the rankings themselves, thank goodness! I am not a fan of social bookmarking. I was watching a video the other day about India's love affair with google...now I can see why!

Well thank you for the follow on twitter. This is a wonderful blog. I am actually on the phone talking to a friend about the issue of money. I get so many calls from people, who don't understand the workings of money. I see it very simply, hold to money, the circulation of money is curtailed, when that happens the GOV is forced to hit the print more paper button to increase circulation. Well now the 'precious paper' people are holding to decreases considerably in value...hence the circle of money! I love that Robert Kiyosaki says that savers are loosers - in that the value of the money they are 'saving' rather hoarding continues to decrease and hence they loose!

I truly enjoy the content you provide here!

Well truth is we all get that feeling at some point in time.

Key To Blogging Success:

Any mother who decides to have children knows this will be a labour of love. Sometimes it will take up to 20 years for you to look back as see just how awesome it was being a mom and the good that came out of it as you see your little one soar and live a very fulfilling life. Now do have to wait 20 years for your blog to get there no, but it is a labor of love.

I notice you say work hard and see little results. What is your definition of hard work ad results? I have had my blog for 6 months I believe...and what I know for certain (and something we women tend to struggle with) is don't compare yourself with others. Maybe you have 3 readers, but 3 readers who keep coming back is better that 100 passers by! BTW, I average in traffic what many wish they had! (Not bragging just saying, you are probably doing better than you think)!

Consistency is the key, never tire of doing good. Your blog is your third fourth, fifth child. How many times do we tell those little people to wash their hands. 20-40 times a day I am sure, and yet everyday you keep at it until they do it on their own!

Often times when I find people struggling, it is because they are not asking for help. Have you asked for help from someone who is where you want to be? Remember each step is a stepping stone. Success does not happen overnight, but one night success does happen!

Lastly...get over it! Focus on what you need to get done.
