As far as Lee v. Eastwood, I wish Eastwood had found a more mature way to express himself. But I also don't understand Lee's logic here. I mean, how many black people can Eastwood put in a film before it becomes a film ABOUT black people and therefore shouldn't be directed by a white guy?

Hilarious. I think UPS could only do something if it was false advertising. I'm fairly certain one giant Fedex truck could hold two of those little UPS trucks. Comcast and Verizon and PC vs Mac go at each other all the time. I'm sure there were plenty of legal people involved when this was thought up. Whoever created this ad needs a raise.

Logging into the Obama webpage and seeing the picture of Obama standing in front of an ocean of 75,000 people in Oregon. It made my heart stop for a second.

Dr. Rice's statement makes Hillary's refusal to congratulate Obama even more pathetic, if that's possible.

I remember seeing the crowd in IL, and hearing him speak, and loving that he was running.

I remember coming home, vaguely aware that the Iowa primary was that night (which is funny now since I have followed every other one). I turned on my laptop to check my email, and there, right there on the yahoo homepage....Obama wins Iowa.


I still get chills thinking about it. I got a chill then. It was the first time that I ever entertained the thought that he might have a shot. I called my mom. I called my grandmother. I went to the Obama homepage and donated money. I will never forget that night.

While I would like nothing better than for Obama to buy an hour of tv time and go on a righteous rant about Hillary, that does not serve the big picture. And the big picture is November, with as many Hillary supporters on board as possible (save putting her on the ticket, that would be suicide).


And yes, the fault for the split in the party right now lies squarely with her. But as we have seen, she is incapable of putting anything ahead of her own ambition, so the repair work is going to fall on Obama. Sucks, but that's the way it is.

These are the last outrageous moments of a sociopathic narcissist who knows that the spotlight is about to turn off.


The next few days are going to be particulary hellacious, but after the last primary is over, the weak kneed Democrats are going to have to pull the plug on Hillary if they want to get the WH back. The only thing they fear more than taking a stand is being in the wilderness for four more years.
