Correction: The Obama campaign never accused the Clinton Campaign of darkening him, that was a NYT op-ed.
Correction: The Obama campaign never said Michelle Obama grew up poor. They've said she grew up in middle-class household. In those days, if you wanted any government job, then you had to work for the machine.
Correction: Geraldine Ferraro said, ""If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position." That is an absurd hypothetical. If Obama was a white man, he would have run a completely different campaign. JFK is an example of a man with limited experience but judgement and charisma that was elected president. The Obama campaign never called it racist; they called it divisive.
You present a series of unsubstantiated oversimplfications and outright inaccuracies, and suggest that is evidence that Obama cannot win in November. Polling data, 1.5 million donors, and biggest field operation in the history of presidential politics provide evidence to the contrary.

correction: the professor is correct. all kinds of obama surrogates (as well as the obama campaign) have been charging the clintons with all sorts of racism including charges about the 3 a.m. ad. michelle obama gave an interview saying that when she was growing up they only had "4 spoons", then her father got a promotion and they had "5 spoons"... ferraro pointed out a fact that you may not have liked, but it was a fact. that's not racist.

Sir, I would ask you to look at JFK's racial Civil Right's record. It was unremarkable, hampered by what he viewed to be disadvantageous political positioning. If this is what you are referring to as judgment, then let us hope that Senator Obama is far more capable and that his positioning permits him to fulfill the hopes of those who most require that his presidency be a success, African Americans.
