Daniel, I had no idea you were from Albq! That is my hometown...well, I actually had most of my childhood in AZ, but all of my family is from Albq and most still there.
I'm in NC and just had delivered to me from a friend who just went hunting out there...a bushel of red & green chilies...yeee haaaw! I've been roasting and drying...well, drying chilies in NC is a joke...dehydrating in the oven is more like it.
Anyway...just wanted to comment and thank you for all of your help and great resources for us CP & IK folks! Anxious to get your IK book!
