I will find out the answer to the algorithm- if Mark will share it that is. Again the list went live last night, and I did the best not to miss important blogs. The list however is opened to new submissions.

I am not sure how objective our list will become. However every other analytics including those we use on our own websites can be scrutinized.

As you can see I use Statcounter on my blog, a user coming back withing 24 hours considered a returning visitor. But if I had set to the limit to 12 hours my unique visitors could double.

I really do not know much about the formula and which rankings are the most influential. I will ask Mark who programed the list.

The list is new. In fact the list went public last night. Other blogs will be added to it and top 100 will probably change dramatically a week from now.

I will add Miamism.com- let see where they end up by the next update.

I think I am out of luck as far as Adsense is concerned. However I do hope this list encourages real estate agents to blog.

If you are asking me what files you can upload -they should be no more than 120KB and can be either JPG, PNG or GIF format. I would guess they will be JPGs - if you have problem uploading them let me know. I needed to limit the size because it may eat up both the space and the bandwidth. If you are not able to upload the pictures just upload the info and e-mail me the picture.

Sorry, I tries to make is as self explanatory as possible.

I am not sure how much interest will this poll generate. I am guessing after it moves from the front page no one will participate in it. The hourly fee does not mean there will be no commission at the sale though. I probably will ave to run another pool to make it clear.

It is difficult to to guess. I think site might have some start up capital. But when you think down to it, website like that does not cost that much. I think the idea behind it is more important. If they do it right, I am sure investors will be knocking on their doors.

Hittail was indeed a great find for me. I was very skeptical in the beginning however. After "acting upon" just two suggestions I realized what a find that was.

Thanks for stopping by. I think EzineArticles can fix the problem very easy. Their permalinks are not SE friendly. Even though Google claims to have no problem to crawl the "funny" URL, I suspect EzineArticles would be ahead the Buzzle if they would just fix their urls.

@Bass Lake Real Estate- I completely agree with Josh. All you do is to create tons of duplicate content. I would stay with a unique articles per directory.

Glad to hear you like Constant Contact. I think it is one of those indispensable tools every real estate agents has to have. But yet again, not every real estate agent owns it's own website. That is the reason crooks like ePerks continue to take advantage of real estate agents.

Yes, I think that Constant contact is one of the leading solutions for e-mail marketing. I also like AWeber as well. In fact I like AWeber better but still use both.

I think one of the way to promote Real Estate community on Bumpzee is to place a widget on your blog, just like the one you see here in the sidebar.

I believe you have more than one blog- remember to submit them all to Bumpzee.

Sure you would and it would be more specific than real estate. However, you can do geo-targeting two ways:

1- by geo-keywords
2- by geo-settings

So you can create two different groups based on that. This also allows you to do some split testing as well.

It all depends. Your example is is to general. I really like to go more descriptive than that:

two bedroom condo

Your example is meant for geo-targeting, however if I advise my clients to drive traffic through PPC to particular listings instead of general pages on their website.

However (I going here a little ahead) we always try to create a funnel that results in increasing the "mailing" list- that where your bread and butter is.
