Without question, building links to one's site is the only way to give it an appreciable boost in keyword rankings on search engines. As stated here, the trouble with link building is that it's often hard or impossible to get related sites to link with a competitor. That's why I tend to evaluate sites based on their major category instead of actual keywords. For example, if I had an exercise product website, I wouldn't hesitate to link it to a site that's all about sports. Broadening the search criteria for possible link partners is a requirement these days, since link building is harder than it used to be.

I actually fall into the category of young and uninsured, but it's not by choice, exactly. Aside from the odd look of the interface, I was actually pretty impressed with this new search engine. It was fast and clean and, given some time, will definitely get its indexing (and page locations) in order. I like at least having another option aside from the big G and M.
