I'm really not worried about it since most of my money is made via affiliate marketing. I mainly do affiliate marketing that on my other websites.

Occasionally I write paid posts if I think my readers would benefit but those reviews are rare and when I do them they are thorough. I treat them like a regular post.
I had a feeling mine would drop so I'm not too surprised. I picked up one direct advertiser two months ago. It's a service that many of my readers use which is why they are on my website.

I had not idea mine had even dropped until I read that one of my blogging buddies had. I really don't pay too much attention to my PR. I did check after reading their comment and I noticed mine had dropped also. It does not seem to have affected my traffic

Re: Dancing With The Gevil – Defamed By Google?

Mine went from a 4 to a 3. I don't like how the big G is playing the game so I knew it would be smart not to be dependent on them. I started out a PR 5 when I took the time to look in April. The last update it down to 4. During the first round that happened a few weeks ago it went down to a 3 and yesterday it went down to a 2. I have one advertiser that I got on my own and I occasionally write a paid review (perhaps two each month.) I'm not about to change my ways to please the big G. If they weren't such hypocrites I would have more respect for them.

Re: Are Your Ready For No-AdSense No-Adwords Day?

I make most of my money via affiliate marketing and not on my main website. My content, on my websites, gets scraped often even with the disclaimer that I include with my feeds I'm still seeing my full content being scraped. Any ideas?

A post I wrote a few days ago was scraped right down to hotlinking my photo somehow it was disabled on my admin panel.

I've noticed that this has happened before (being deactivated without me touching anything) so I'll have to follow up with my hosting provider.

I tried to load CopyFeed a few weeks ago but for some reason it will not show up in my plugins. I'm thinking there is some type of conflict?

Re: Making the Switch: Going From Partial to Full Feeds

JB,
Thanks for the response and the email. I have the latest version of WP I'll follow up with the plog in authors and see what they can do. It's frustrating seeing my full content being copied. I'm noticing this a lot more with Windows Live. The past few days my total content has been copied from a few people using this service.

Re: I Hate Being Called A Liar

It sounds like an obvious linkbait. I have had a few people think I was lying about my
earnings and I'm not even in the same league as you when it comes to MMO. You don't need a lot of adsense ads to do well. I've noticed with my websites the less I have, and depending on where I place them, I receive a much higher amount per click. A few of the websites receive well over $1 per click. I make the most of my money via affiliate sales. The most I've made
thus far was a few grand in a month. It was a very good feeling. I'll do better.;-)

Re: How To Sell Products Successfully On Your Blog

Excellent post! The key to being effective is making those products yours. I've done fairly well with affiliate marketing but that's because I do more than drop it onto my sidebar. I know a lot about te products because I market them effectively. I write about them.

Re: How To Sell Products Successfully On Your Blog

Excellent post!
