Nice new look. I noticed the headers right away. Nice use of sifir (the flash you mention) to make the headers a much better typeface, and search engine / screen reader friendly.

Lewis: I bought my page on both sites. I am not a newb. I am quite happy about it. The google results comment shows you just don't understand google. Don't have a cow man. :mrgreen:

Just goes to show I need to put some effort into private ad sales this month. I have the engine ready to power my sites, just need to finish the job!

I have been meaning to schedule my posts... thats a good idea. I think there are certain times of the day when a post is more likely to get traffic form rss readers than others.

Wake up: 8:05AM - run out door
Read Email: all day
Remember to Post: 9:30pm
Late night drink posting: 1am.
Repeat.

Just got my TLA check today. I got a nice $25 for an affiliate referral as well. Completely forgot about that. Need to push that more now.

Feedburner is really a must have these days for a blog. Their site stats are ok, but a little slow now (sometimes reporting 4-5 hours late). All still, it is a great way to measure. I still use Google Analytics for measurement though. They are about a day behind, but provide lots of good other info that feedburner does not.

TLA is a good moneymaker. They haven't accepted my new blog yet either... which is a bummer. But I am sure they will soon.

While I am not a fan of hosting sites any more, there is another benefit. IF your main business is creating web sites or those sort of services than having hosting is a great way to feed into your existing client base. They will often call their web host for maintenance and other work.

It also helps to host a few non profits for free in exchange for links on their site. Gets you some inbound links, and non-profits like to talk and all have board members that may need hosting and appreciate your generosity.

Nice job in only 30 days!

My first thought is it is a addon for firefox that went awry. Someone doing a search not getting anything, trying again, not getting anything, etc.

At a party some months ago someone jumped onto my computer and was using it to search for a movie star. They kept typing in the name of the star, but were using my special toolbar to search programming sites only. So the custom google search engine I had had a LOT of queries for 'odd' stuff and it took me a while to figure out why they all came from my IP. Just a semi drunk friend not understanding why imdb wouldn't come up.
