I don't think so. You can add as many pieces as you want to obtain your desired look. There's different sizes and lengths too. I've tried hair pieces in the past and I never suffered from neck pain or any heaviness. Rarely do I use all the hair pieces that's included because only a few pieces gives me that desired look and fullness.

I know. I kind of feel the same way but at the same time, I still want to try it just to see how it would look.

I've heard of acnezine but I never tried it and I don't really know anyone who has either. But I can recommend the philosophy kit because it has helped with my acne.
