As an italian football lover I say Rooney, although he is not handsome and look like my grandpa he has a nose for being in the good places .Will be England leader for the next years. ,Adriano started his career good in Italy but is the last years very inconsistent (Injries,Out of form). That's why Inter rented him to Sao Paolo and I think he won't come back

Has anybody ever saw Alesssandro Del Piero's goals ?
He made more then 40 goals,most of them beautiful goals.
Del Piero's backheel against Dortmund. ?
Kaka's goals against Anderlecht and when he fooled the 2 Man U defenders.

He's young, on the good qood way , make a lot of misstakes but is somebody who's does entertaining things.
Next year they will defend him even harder .
Definitely he won't score 40 goals and I am expecting more hard tackles,probably will get injured like Ibrahimovic.

He is a real predator ,against Arsenal he was quiet for most of the match and then made that superb goal. I think he will continue to score a lot of goals the coming seasons .
Also he is not so arrogant like other topplayers I don't name any names (read C.R) and because of that defenders won't want to break his legs .

Van Basten's Goal will probably never leave the number 1 spot. Other contenders Figo's Goal against England ,Trezequet Goal against Italy and maybe a header from Platini (1984) would deserve to be in the top 10.

As a Dutch -Italian its always difficult to choose a side.
This time (after 30 years) Holland was better but they had a little bit of help with the 1ste goal,most of the referees will dissalow it.
2 half italy was playing a bit better but damage was already done.
We could say that Holland scored 2 typical Italian counter goals .
My predictions Italy is not out yet and If Holland always scores first it will be difficult to beat them because they can keep the ball good however if they come behind it will be difficult for them.

and last but not least Neeskend goal against germany in the final not because it was a good PK but because of the set up
if I am not mistaken this was the first goal in WC history where the opponent didn't touch the ball before it was in the net.

A pity his career finished at a young age of 29
As a coach he is less good (so far) and didn't make so many friends.

With the best defense in the world they only concede 1 goal and that's not bad considering that Cyprus is getting stronger every year

French people it is all your own fault , you are the only reason that your country is performing so bad .
After the lost WC Final Clown Domenech should have been sacked but no he continued and did even worse at the Euro but still that isn't enough.
Maybe the FFF don't have any money to sack him another reason i can not come up with. Last but not least how can you take serious a coach who is selecting on star signs .

Many years ago Turkey was always losing (even against countries like Liechtenstein) and I was always bullying my Turkish Friend Hasan but those days are over,They are getting stronger and stronger and it was a pity they had so many injuries at the Euro because they could have upset Germany or Spain
