Algae is better than corn for biodiesel due to the fact it can be fed with the same over-fertilized water that we spill into the Gulf of Mexico and every other major stream system. It doesn't need additional fertilizer (made from oil) like corn does. Algae can also be harvested year round. Lower the fertilizer spill off, convert sunlight into fuel, harvest year round. No wonder the government isn't putting more into this, it could actually impact the oil industry negatively.
I'm going to just build a big worm reactor outside the house. There's just so much garbage and little worms in a little bin weren't cutting it for me. That and the mold + bugs problem. An outdoor reactor should give them enough space and I won't have to worry so much about keeping the creepy crawlies out.
Twitter is very cool and addictive. Kind of like an IRC chat you carry around with you. But no private messages and a constant record of your chat messages.
