I mean really.. what a bunch of L's. Why do we or should we care who you are voting for? I'm guessing you don't get paid very much and are all use government assistance and need a better health care plan through your employer. Jeez, let's go for the candidate who admits to hanging out with terrorist (not just one but many groups), who accepts money he said he wouldn't accept, and ran on a racial campaign. I mean really.. go back and rewind your DVR's.. how many times was "oppressed blacks" and "finally blacks can have a change" etc.. were said. The ONLY racist people left in the country are the... oh yeah the blacks.

Re: Barack Obama Elected President

I want to add some additional thoughts that are all based on fact...

1. I grew up with no father and a brother from a different man who also was never around.

2. We were very poor (in fact we lived on the street and with the Salvation Army for a long time).

3. I went to the same schools as black kids, Latinos, etc. They didn't have their own water fountains, separate class rooms, or any other such nonsense.

4. I didn't get government grants, scholarships, or any other such help. My Mother didn't pay for anything because she couldn't. But I worked hard, sometimes two-three jobs, and paid my own way through college.

Ever heard of the United Negro Fund? Ever heard of Black Entertainment Television? Ever heard of loans for small businesses based on minority (yes.. that means blacks).

What form of assistance does a 20 something year old white male have that blacks don't already have? They have the same support we do plus a LOT more but yet they still claim to support that our country is racist?

Barry Hussain Obama would not have gotten the vote if WHITE people hadn't voted for him. Really, check the numbers yourself because it wouldn't even be close. If we're so racist show me exactly where it is? Give me a real life example of where a good, down to earth, black man couldn't make it at something?

All I see is young black kids wanting to grow up with gold plated teeth, wearing expensive jewelry that they could have used the money to help others. All I see is kids creating rap songs that depict events that don't exist today. I'm tired of hearing this bull*&^%.

I hope Mr. Obama does us all a favor and sticks to the issues that really matter. I'm an American and respect my fellow American's votes but don't make it into a trick pony show when it's really nothing of more but the same. You don't need the government to pay your medical bills, you don't need the government to save the world. What you need is to be respectful of others, save your money, build up your education, reputation, and work hard at your own goals and take care of your family.

That is what makes an American. Not his race, color, creed, or gender.

Re: Barack Obama Elected President

binary_star: Like I said.. if any of those people in the video walked into a job interview like that.. yeah they wouldn't be hired.

One other thing... look at the crime rates in ANY average city. I can only guess (let me rephrase that).. I can only PROVE that the the obvious majority of problems is caused by "minorities" and we won't get specific about which one.

Lastly, look at how many problems Obama's city of Chicago has.. oh jeez look out.

Re: Barack Obama Elected President

MarkyMark: Come on get original with the name. Why don't you just use VanillaIce too while your at it. Anyway, slavery is bad and I'm not gonna differ with you on what happened was bad. But last time I checked.. yup.. no black slaves in the farms around me. Actually go back in ANYONES family tree far enough and guess what.. someone at some point had a slave in their family tree. Why don't we all claim the same crap the blacks do?

Finally, do your homework MarkyMark (and that goes for everyone else). The slavery that the United States had at the time was VERY small compared to the other countries (even in our own region.. can anyone say Spanish?) Yeah.. we had nowhere NEAR the number of slaves as anyone else in the world at the time. In fact, if you dig a little deeper you will see something even sicker.. other African tribes were the ones generally hunting down other Africans to sell them to the slave traders. So if they want someone to blame.. well go over there and complain.

I hate when people don't do the research or look at the facts. Did you not go to school with a black kid? Guess not evidently.

Re: NH: Should we shoot Santa or draft him?

If he aint given up them deers he's hiding then I say he take the fall. I really hope all of these problems, as the good Ron Paul points out, are a blessing in disguise and that the Libertarian Party will become the predominant party.

Obama says that McCain will be another 4-8 years of the same old Washington in terms of Bush. However, no matter which of the two gets elected it really is the same old same old.

Ron Paul made it as far as he did and took a nice percentage of the votes. If we keep pressing the message, especially when things get worse, maybe it will get through the thick skulled Americans out there and they'll vote different next time.
