It looks so cute!! Out of a tongue piercing, a variety of ear piercings, a belly button piercing and a fairly large tattoo, my nose piercing hurt the most!! It was a very quick decision for me as well - my best friend and I were in Germany and she said "I kinda wanna pierce my nose" and my response was "I'll do it if you do it" and then it was done.

I've picked up clear "placeholders" at Claire's and those have worked okay - they're just a little harder to put in than metal. I've also used fishing line in a pinch...

wow this is incredible... so inspiring... I'm going tp be using this kind of idea of a flat surface being brought to life for an art project of mine... but I will just be painting it on paper as i dont have skills that come close to these guys when painting on a street and making it look so fantastic!

I agree too. I loved Kahlen, inside and out. Naima actually seems like she has some serious issues, so maybe the judges felt bad for her. In my opinion she is a beautiful girl but she still seemed fake, or in a shell (to put it politely) at the end.

Kahlen is really funny too. I thought she was really cute in that commercial.

One more comment: I don't think it is possible for a model to be both commercial and haute couture. They are mutually exclusive - Being a "Covergirl" is kind of cheesy, and after that you can't expect to be on a runway in Milan.

Just my thoughts.

What a wonderful post, Manu.

When I left for the states, I wasnt sad..I was excited and looking forward to the opportunities that lay before me. Its only after I reached here and settled down, that I realised all that I had left and lost.

I miss a lot of little and big things. And the unfortunate bit is that they exist only in the past and in my memories. Going back to Bombay, or going back to my family, will not bring those back.

Its deeply saddening, but has also taught me to hold the present more preciously ...

My friends and I had a discussion in the same vein after watching Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi.

The previous generation were revolutionaries. They saw what the world was like, didnt like it one bit, and tried to change it. Admittedly, they failed in many aspects. But I can't help their ..optimism.

With our generation, we seem to be too defeated. We know the 'system' sucks, but we cynically accept that it cant be changed, bury our heads in the sand and go on with our lives.

We are etoo cynical a generation.

The news is full of negativity, and they really have lost all sense of perspective. The smallest of crimes makes headline news ! And they rarely ever talk about goo, positive incidents.

For e.g for the Ganguly issue, they're forever showing idiotic fans, and numerous politicians and filmstars and what not talking about how the decision is unfair etc. Do you ever get to hear people in support of kicking Ganguly off the team ? Hmpf !

I wish the crowd had been fuller for Lupe. He was sick and more people deserved to experience it. He's a great preformer. I LOVED Pharrell and NERD. I thought they KILLED it. And Chris Brown on stage with them was cool too. I don't know where you were sitting, but my entire section was going CRAZY during "Spaz." I wasn't a fan of Rihanna. I thought the time it took to set her stage up was way to long, and the dancers and lights were too much. It wasn't her show. We were there for Kanye. And she did WAY too many slow songs. We were pumped up and wanted to dance! Not hear her cry about God knows what for 15 minutes. Rihanna is an incredibly talented artist, but I wish she had just come on with perhaps one or two dancers if she needed it, an outfit with MUCH less leather, and just sang her up-beat songs with as much energy as Lupe and N.E.R.D.
KanYe KILLED it. It was ridiculous. Maybe KanYe hid his band because it IS a one man show. KanYe is one of the greatest artists ever created. You never hear about his band. You never see his band. We were there to see the "greatest star in the universe," not four guys playing the guitar and a drummer. And with such an elaborate set, who would want to see the band, anyway? And with a sold out set, KanYe might as well be the brightest star. He's not being egotistic. He's being what he is, the best.

Creo que hay un problema de entendimiento técnico aqui. El PKI (Public Key infrastructure y no Program Key Infrastructure) es un método común de encriptación de datos. De hecho, es igual que sea el Corte Inglés u otra empresa, alguien tiene que hacerlo. Que el Corte Inglés encripte los datos no difiere de que los haga, por ejemplo, Verisign, Thawte o usted mismo usando OpenSSL. Lo unico que se encripta es un certificado para que el servidor de la administración al cual se accede para consultar, por ejemplo, el IRPF sepa que no le estan dando gato por liebre y que usted es realmente quien dice ser. Por tanto, no veo ningun problema en que esto lo haga el Corte Ingles. Soy un asiduo fan de su blog, pero me parece que aqui ha patinado un poco. Saludos.

First, God did judge Adam for his silence. Within God’s judgment for Adam’s sin of silence is God’s rebuke for Adam remaining silent and not reminding Eve that to eat of the tree was to disobey God.

God didn’t rebuke Adam’s lie that God was to blame for his sin, either. In Adam’s excuse for why he had sinned was that it was God’s fault because if God hadn’t given him Eve, he wouldn’t have sinned.

The historical reality is that their sin of rebellion had several sins inherent in the act of disobeying God.

Paul is far ahead of every generation and taught the perfect sexual equality of men and women (a concept that neither the secular or religious world has yet to understand and accept).

Just as the early powerbrokers within the growing Christian movement accepted the secular view regarding men and women, this view was accepted and re-interpreted into the early church.

It is time the Body of Christ accepts what Jesus taught and Paul affirmed in his teachings about the liberty under the New Covenant for both men and women.

It is worth noting that most of the girls in the so-called pro-ana communities would not meet the dsm iv's criteria for the dianosis of eating disorders. The criteria for diagnosis, especially of anorexia, is very strict.

On the whole, pro-ana perpetuates negative stereotypes and makes it difficult for people like me who actually have the disease to get treatment.

I had thought about something along similar lines but could never really come up with a elegant way to decompose tasks enough to allow a robot to actually carry out anything. I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with :)

I have enabled TinyMCE (a rich editor) so editing posts should be easier in future. Let me know if you have any issues with video or picture uploads and i'll sort it out asap.

Also I have started a FAQ section that you will be able to edit but I am going to try to set up a separate page on the site with supplier info. I need a good supply of gear motors! :)

Thanks for the links. Oceancontrols seem to be a good supply for gear head motors and servos at a reasonable price. I am going to check some hobby RC stores on the weekend to see what they charge. The last servos I bought were actually from Jaycar and really overpriced for what they were. Polulu looks cool, I have been there before but only to check out the laser cut plastic service they provide. One day I will have to get something cut :)

Feel free to embed or post vids in any format you want. The videos on the first big post I put up were YouTube ones embedded using a Drupal plugin I enabled on the site but I can't help but think that it was more effort than it was worth. I guess do whatever is easiest for the time being and we can move em later.

The site itself is being run from the same dreamhost account as my other sites and that account is so ridiculously cheap that no money is needed, but thanks for the offer!

I am still totally up for a meeting of some sort - not sure what that would entail yet - just buy me a beer then hehe :)

Mostly I just realised that I had to do something about helping to turn Optimus prime from a cartoon character into reality! (Yes I watched the Transformers movie again the other day :)

The Robotis stuff looks pretty cool actually. Sort of like the next evolution of my Lego Technic stuff (Vid will be up soon).

Murray (RobotsAustralia) is actually using the Dynamixel servos used by Robotis as the basis of his robot quadruped project and according to the info on his site has developed a custom driver board for them.

From what I remember the servos have positional feedback as well as strain (i think) and temp sensing which seems awesome for the price of the cheaper one (AX 12 I think).

I almost bit the bullet and bought a Robotis kit a couple of months ago but now my aim is to build the simplest platform I can using my shiny new Dremel. So basically I am going to cut up bits of plastic and put my new Arduino on it with some servos and see where we go from there.

Ok, so it is just an excuse to cut stuff up with my Dremel :)

Don't despair, I recently heard that a new Aibo is in the works. Specifically this one is meant to integrate with the Playstation 3 - whatever that means!

Actually imagine the power of the PS3 connected to an Aibo. That could be pretty cool. :)

I can imagine your house is going to be crawling with autonomous devices once you get half these kits working hehe :)

Wow, looking at their site it looks a lot like they have half ripped off the look of the Lego NXT sensors (not necessarily a bad thing).

Hehe unfortunately he is too stupid for anything like room mapping and storage yet. :)

The kit has bluetooth capability however so the next step is going to be storing sets of sonar readings and then transmitting them to the main computer for processing.

The servos all have built in odometry so I will be able to at least get a rough idea of how far it has travelled but if there is any slippage then that may go out of the window. I also probably need a compass module which you can get from here.

By taking the various sensor readings and then integrating them using a kalman filter (I still don't get these fully but I know the can be used to estimate things from multiple noisy sensor readings with error) you can build up a occupation grid in which each element of the grid contains the probability of it being occupied.

From there you could do a lot of stuff but as I said I am at stage 0 of 15 so I'll let you know how I go. :)

The main issue I am having is that the bluetooth module isn't working with my computer at the moment so I can't do any offboard processing.

I have seen a lot of the robotis vids but none of the versions you have posted so far. That probing robot is a new one as well. My dream is to build something that can fetch me beer from a fridge or esky and deliver it to wherever I am in the house.

I personally feel that once that task has been mastered my job here is done hehe :)

(And I have to say that I totally respect the beer throwing robot that has already been developed - love the loading mechanism - but think of the amount of shakage of the beers as they are caught not to mention the danger of trying to catch a robot launched beverage after about 6 beers! :)

Hmm, my electronic skills are fine as long as you stay in the TTL digital world. It's the analog stuff that kills me! :)

It probably wouldn't be too hard to splice in those pots so that you can switch between them and the original controller. You could then just plug the controller into your comp (perhaps via a UBW or something similar) and then bobs your uncle! (or aunt - these ARE modern times :)

If your home computer is going to be around where your robot is you might want to think about offloading the processing via some sort of wireless link rather than trying to fit a lappy onto the actual machine. Depends what you are trying to do really.

Because I am interested in computer vision I like the idea of the robot just being a physical interface for the computer to explore my house :) Also in the case of your Tesky (hehe cool name) it would then allow you to possibly use other sensors like cameras etc that are not even mounted on the robot itself. The digital pot idea sounds like a good straightforward way to easily switch between autonomous and manual control though.

Regarding girls and robots, luckily for me I work with a lot of girls who are unusually into robots and my girlfriend has come to understand (over the years) how much I am into them so she gets as excited as I do when my table full of servos and LEDs starts flashing and jiggling around :)

I would have to say the Transformers movie has also helped bridge the male/female/robot divide hehe :)

I have to say, the appeal of the dirty-talking-sex-o-droid was probably only improved by the slightly out of control motors hehe :)

How long did the batteries last for? I'm definitely gonna have to buy a mini- or nano-itx board and use that as a brain one day. That way I could just plug in a normal webcam and wireless card and run the OS from flash for efficiency.

I am looking forward to getting into the competition a bit more as soon as I get a chance. I have been really busy at work this week (as you can tell from the fact that I am posting this from work at 11:38pm :) but I'm definitely gonna try to get some more hardware for my beerdroid on Saturday.

Some time ago I stumbled across a project that used hacked optical mouse chips as a flight control systems for a micro-flyer.

The chips have all of the optical flow logic built in and (at least the ones I have seen) return delta x/y values as the mouse moves. By taking off the standard all-in-one lens and adding a different the chip they can be used to calculate speed etc as the flyer moves.

I find the link again unfortunatel but i'll add it to the knowledgebase if I do. If you do google 'optical mouse robot' then you at least get a lot of related stuff.

Sounds like you are making some good progress on the software side despite the hardware and ordering issues.

Interfacing with the real world. It's the main draw card and main point of weakness in robotics. What do you mean the outcome isn't always repeatable? What do you mean the environment has changed? What do you mean the batteries are low and now nothing works properly? hehe

I think the club is definitely going to need at least one biped to become official. I am looking forward to seeing what you get the Robotis stuff to do. They have a dog in that as well as far as I remember.

Actually speaking of Robotis related stuff, did you see that wiki link I put into the knowledge base? One of the projects was a dino raptor that looked pretty impressive.

That little guy is cool. I like the proud poses it strikes and the tail waggle as it walks around the place. :)

The cam makes me feel like I am looking at archival footage from WWII. A secret testing facility for the Nazis superweapon that was was just about to be released when the war was lost (You know, like all of those BBC documentaries that seem to be on the telly all the time in the UK :)

I am seriously going to have a look at Prolog after seeing what you have done with it. I had a quick Google to see if I could find anything on integrating it with other languages but there didn't seem to be much out there.

How are you thinking of converting the output into code? Would there be a basic mapping from output statements to code modules? (if that makes sense at all).

Also I'll try to fix up the rich text editor because it's really annoying me as well...

If you are looking for a new camera, check out the Panasonic Lumix line - They are small but have really great lenses and shoot great video as well (on of my mates just bought one and I was really impressed).

I'm pretty sure the 360 deg view you were talking about was made using Apple's Quicktime VR.

I have seen a couple of those and they are pretty cool (actually one of the ones I saw was a VR recreation of David Hick's cell in Guantanamo Bay which was pretty weird - and cramped).

Also you might be interested in this video of an endless treadmill that I saw a bit ago... I saw another one that was based on a sphere but this looks like a much better implementation.

Reminded me of this project I saw a while ago. It was innovative in that it used the OpenCV image lib to do the point tracking in order to implement something like the vid above on a PDA!

Thanks for the inspiration to get off my arse and get all the parts I have laying around turned into a bot. I mean, you used a candle to warp the covering for your robot... If I can't make something with my shiny new Dremel (which has only been used on some random plastic I had lying around) then it's all over! :)

Also I am slowly coming to the realisation (after many years of exposure) that aquiring a hot glue gun should be my number one priority if I want to be successful in life. What can't those guys fix? :)

Yeah definitely, post away! I'll add another section to the forum or knowledge-base (which is structured like a book anyway) for that sort of stuff.

I also have a couple of short stories (not finished at all) with (suprise, suprise :) robot related themes in them so i'll post em as well.

As far as I know the treadmill works because it is a loop made up of strips running perpendicular to the main loop (if that makes sense). When you walk forwards and back it scrolls the main loop and when you walk side to side it scrolls the mini strips that make up the band of the loop.

Pretty impressive stuff when in action. Where the hell is VR these days?? We have the technology, let's get some matrix action going! :)

I still don't fully understand the math behind them but could a Kalman filter be used in this instance to fuse the data?

As much as I understand they are often used to integrate multiple sensor readings with noise to produce an optimal output. As I said I don't fully understand the math yet but I originally became interested in them when I was looking into how to build a self-balancing robot. They are used to integrate the various gyro and accelerometer readings to produce output to move motors.

Is that what you meant about the formal underpinning?

I would be interested in seeing how it works for me as the standard 'skin colour' detector in RoboRealm doesn't seem to match my skin colour for some reason hehe :)

That first walker is a lot more fluid than I was expecting. It looks like something you would find randomly walking around the deathstar in Star Wars :)

The second one looks like it holds a lot of promise. Maybe just finessing the way it swings its top wieght around would make it smoother. I look forward to seeing the control scheme you will undoubtably hack into it eventually :)

Overall the Bioloid stuff looks like it has a heap of potential. Now all I need it a credit card that doesn't make wheezing sounds everytime I take it out of my wallet!

Was that slight lean modification so it didn't fall over backwards? It looks like it could be a bit rear heavy with the hip servos and control box mounted so far back.

The gait is nice and smooth though. I saw an interesting piece on the analysis of the running gait of one of the RoboOne competition bots. It is amazing to see this thing literally bounding from one foot to the other like a sprinter warming up :)

Not sure what kind of servos they use cos it looks like that kind of movement could damage them pretty quickly!

Reminds me of how people used to cheat in the robo-soccer by making their Aibo do this crazy crawl along the ground. It was 4x faster but didn't look at all dog-like. :)

Maybe you could sync the gait of your bot using an accelerometer on its head. That way it would know exactly where it was in the cycle and could maybe even vary it depending on circumstances. Sparkfun sell some good ones that i have been meaning to check out for a while.

Also with an accelerometer you can also tell when you have fallen over. Always a good thing :)

The SRV-1 is a lot smaller than I was expecting! It's a bit hard to judge the gadgets and stuff on the net but I thought that that was going to be at least 30cms or more in length.

The feed from it looks good though. I have seen RoboRealm hooked up to an SRV-1 somewhere on my travels around the net. I think they were using the wall finding module to drive it around a maze or something.

Hehe, your mini-tractor movie is pretty cool. The wipe transitions remind me of Star Wars :D

Hey Kym, good work! :) It's gonna be great for dev once you have all that encapsulated in a nice lib you can use to manipulate the bioloid. All that PC power being fed directly to the bot!

Although I haven't posted anything yet I have been thinking about a new project in my spare time. It is my girlfriend's birthday soon so I am thinking about trying to make her some sort of crazy ambient orb/indicator/thingy thing out of clay with embedded LEDs an accelerometer and a wireless connection. The computer would control it and signal various things by pulsing/fading the LEDs.

Of course this whole home built present thing would obviously have to be supplanted with some expensive conventional gifts but hey, it's the thought that counts :)

I ordered an AVR programmer last week so I should be able to finally program the ATMega8 I bought on the weekend. I'll keep you all posted on the progress! :)

It's a weird module this web file-manager. Some of the options are not even configurable until you have enabled certain roles for certain user levels. It makes sense but there are no defaults so you have to be sure to set everything up afterwards.

Unfortunately it is going to be a while until everyone gets their act together and properly fixes their apps for Vista. I should know as I have spent the last couple of weeks fighting with it trying to get the various flavours of my company's product to work flawelessly under UAC.

I can see what they are trying to do (limiting user permissions) but still it is a pain.

The issue with older versions of WinAVR is actually caused by Vista validating the parameters to the spawnvp (I think) method. XP never cared what you passed to it and now Vista has an issue because of the permissions are incorrect (manifests again I guess).

Oh well... Give it 7 years and we will be where we got to with XP.... :)

I think I have been permanently scarred by that experience with the gas soldering iron. It wasn't until years later when I was using a $12 wired one that I really thought about how many things I had messed up or nearly messed up simply because the tip had no temperature control! Was great for cutting through foam and heatshrinking stuff though.... :)

I actually have a tiny 3.3v Bluetooth module that I bought from Sparkfun a whileback. I was thinking of hooking it to the AVR and making some sort of wireless indicator that can be controlled by the home box.

I have also been investigating epoxy putty (like milliput) for making custom enclosures and sculptures with embedded electronics. I have this plan of making robotics that looks like art until the micro wakes up and starts it doing something crazy.

Think a bluetooth enabled tree or mushroom studded with LEDs and sensors and able to respond and react to interactions. Right now it's just a pipedream until I can find someone that makes cheap bulk epoxy putty (it's the air drying plasticy stuff) as milliput costs about 10 bucks for hardly anything!

Have you checked out MS Robotics Studio at all? It has an interesting services approach to sensors and actuators that I think has some merit. I'm gonna have to investigate that in depth soon.

Yeah it would be cool to develop something similar, with a simulator and some sort of core platform so that we dont have to keep re-inventing the wheel everytime we make a new robot. :)

It would also be interesting to see what you could do with your sim with the addition of some neural nets and genetic algorithms. Framsticks is one sim that does this and has ended up with some good results. I heard that the Aibo gait was actually developed using a method similar to this. :)

We'll have to meet up for a beer one of these days and discuss the finer points of autonomous gait development! hehe :)

How did you end up processing the handbook into a form that your loader could understand? Is it XML in the end?

At the rate you are dev'ing, it won't be long before Robotis is distributing your app on CD with their products! The handbook will of course have to be modified to say "After purchase, press red button to auto-assemble robot - do not use during thunderstorms" or something similar. :)

Yeah I highly recommend checking it out once you get to that point. I currently have a little test app running at about 5FPS and detecting my face pretty solidly.

The next step is to crank up the frame rate with some optimisations and simple detection region interpolation.

What type of cameras are you thinking of using for your bot?

You could possibly try Vimeo as a video server. I have seen an increase in movies hosted on them. They are presented in a nice clean fashion and also allow higher res (even HD) vids which is nice. It's interesting going back to YouTube afterwards and seeing the crap quality vids there.

I have no idea if they will embed (using the drupal embedded media fields) in the same way as youtube but I'll find out for ya!

In the new site I would like to get a channel together (using whatever video hosts we choose) so that we can see all the ausrobotics stuff on one page. Would also be nice to have a 'Random Video' section on the page. Of course they would all be your vids but it would be cool to give people a glimpse of what we are up to :)

I was more talking about the walking gait actually. It seems as if it has been specifically programmed to more accurately match a real spider rather than the simple hexapod/octopod gaits i have seen elsewhere.

Of course that might be because mose of the hex/octopods i have seen have been symmetrical around the vertical axis and so didn't require the same motions to move and position themselves.

Would be interesting to see the software behind it though!

I saw a vid of a dynamically balancing humanoid that you might be interested in. I was wondering if you could scale down the technique to work on something as small as the little humanoid you are working on. I'll post it as soon as I find it again. :)

I'm gonna get back onto the site as soon as I recover from the Oxfam Trailwalker event I am taking place in this weekend. It's a 100km walk in 48 hours so I have a feeling I might have to use your simulator to generate a set of walking gaits for the bionic legs I am going to get to replace the withered stumps I will have by the end of it!

Regarding login/out stuff, I am not sure why it is not tracking the login cookie properly. It was meant to work like the one on the left here but it just seems to be broken for some reason. I'm sure it won't be too hard to sort.

I'll send the site to a couple of web designer friends and they will hopefully be able to sort out the 'whiteness' issue. Give me 100KLOC of C rather than CSS and all the broken browsers any day!! :)

Hi Juan, I think I understand your question :)

I bought the RGB matrix and the matrix backpack controller from SparkFun Electronics.

The RGB matrix is just a simple grid of RGB leds but if you attach the backpack controller to it you can control it easily using an Arduino or AVR or any other microcontroller that can speak SPI (a serial protocol).

In the video above I had it set up so it simply calculated some colour values and then sent them to the RGB matrix (via the backpack controller). The values I calculated resulted in the coloured lines seen in the vid. It's all pretty straightforward :)

I started writing a C# program that allowed me to draw animated graphics and then send it to the RGB matrix but it isn't finished 100% yet. Let me know if you want the source or anything.

Yeah the plastic is regularly stocked in the art store. I have a feeling it is used for a lot of pre-school collages and the like :)

I bought it from Deans Art which is on 369 Lonsdale Street, Melb. I can't remember how much it was but it was quite cheap. It might be pretty cool for mocking up some upper body shapes over a stronger base piece.

I thought that the bot base I bought recently was made out of HDPE but looking at the Sintra description it might possibly be that. The plastic discs that make up the base are made out of something really light and strong that might be good material to use for your quadruped frame.

If weight is a concern then you could possibly consider building the structural frame out of sintra or something and then the upper body in something lighter.

Can you point me to the link where you bought those cameras from? I have been looking for some cheap stuff to put around my house as part of my universal facial/gait detection system I am working on off and on.

Put up a vid when you get it processed, I would love to see the results of your stuff so far! Also particle filters are another technique I have seen used in robot navigation a lot. I haven't looked into them a heap but they seem to be another way to integrate multiple sensors in a sensible way.

Also, I saw a video of the finished version of the tracked chassis you posted above (I am pretty sure it's that one). Impressive!

Hehe sorry, forgot to mention that I had to blow away the entire DB in the end because it automatically upgraded it when I installed Wordpress 2.6. That's why you couldn't log in.

How did you import the mesh etc for your model into it? Was it the dxfs from your cad package?

I was extremely amused by the way this ad pokes fun at auto commercials, which repeatedly feature the interior features, off-roading capabilities, sound system, etc. While initially entertained, I was ultimately let down for two reasons:

First, finding out the ad was for a Kia was naturally disappointing because I do not I believe Kia will ever fit into the luxury car category nor does the commercial make me believe so. Additionally, I am not a Kia person, and the commercial doesn’t come anywhere near breaking the brand into my own consideration set for that matter.

Second, I couldn't help but relate the commercial to the fantastic Cadillac CTS commercial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkEw1rsBUak The Cadillac commercial points out that your car isn’t just about its features, but ultimately about how your car makes you feel (As its tagline so eloquently puts it: "When you turn your car on, does it return the favor?"). I’m curious as to whether or not Kia try to recreate this brilliant call out in their own words. Either way they failed to recognize that they are Kia and that the “luxury” positioning just won’t work for them.

That is a a huge claim there. Is it possible that the "groundwell of apps that directory support Active Directory" is due to "emergence of Virtual Directory solutions"? How can you back that claim up? It's obvious to me that companies should have a virtual directory in their infrastructure, but how many actually do? And how many app dev teams are even paying attention to this space?

so läuft das halt, wenn man nicht in der Lage ist, die Serie ungefähr gleichzeitig mit anderen Ländern (GB, Schweiz usw.) auszustrahlen. Da kann man den Managern schonmal ein "zu wenig Ahnung" in Sachen Marketing attestieren.
War es nicht sogar so, dass in England die 4. Staffel mit deutscher Tonspur eher erhältlich war (DVD), als sie bei uns von Pro7 ausgestrahlt wurde? Noch Fragen? ;)

What are your thoughts on drinking water (filtration, etc.)? What does your family drink/buy for water?

Care to share your thoughts on sugar? I am curious about your views on raw/brown/white sugar etc.

I know you take a number of different supplements/minerals, I am just wondering is there a "decent" multi-vitamin that you would recommend? I would like to go to a holistic chiropractor in the future, but as of right now there aren't any in my town and cost is an issue as well.

It seems I always have questions for you popping into my head but of course those are the only ones I can come up with right now. :)
