I liked this post! I agree with your last statement about call centres, having worked in many over the years before transitioning into the PR/Marketing world. There are many people who work in the industry like the barista in your example that love what they do and can help support WOM strategies. It's too bad they are not encouraged to do so.

Ok..firstly WOW and :hug: That took a ton of courage to blog about.

I do have the same dilemma with self-expression actually. I think it's always hard to show people all the cards. I guess It's scary or something. I'm not really afraid of people not "liking me" per se - maybe I'm more like concerned people will think "that's it?! How boring!!" or "what a freak!" But then again..someone might have some serious karmic connection and we risk not having made that connection if we don't start it. Isn't that such a shame? Lost potential sucks.

Funny how things get scarier and more uncertain the older we get rather than the other way around. I'm still confused by that myself.

I like that quote but I'm a raging male feminist so that's probably why. Seriously, I am and seriously we can be (hopefully you know that!)
