I originaly tried this with a Beta Copy and using Wordpress it didn't work very well. Maybe try it again.

I completely agree with you. LinkedIn is dead for me too. Although I'm not going to invite people like I did with LinkedIn, because if it doesn't work out it will be another Social Network i suggested!

Ning is worth while a look at. Basically you can take your YouTube, Blog, Flickr feeds and combine them to produce a MySpace style page.

The wheel was design by RMJM who also designed the new Scottish Parliament building in Edinburgh, this hasn't been as popular with the public, although I think its great.

You must be careful not dilute your blog with too many delicious posts if your a regular user.

An alternative is to feed your delicious directly into your RSS feed using Feedburner. That way your blog still looks good and your readers get some extra stuff.

What would be really cool is a WordPress plugin that allows you post your delicious bookmarks once a week/month etc.

Something like this could help to take twitter to new levels/markets. It would be handy being able to leave a voice message and have it converted to text.

1. Alot of people are missing the point, looking at Mahalo under a microscope. Its the concept, maybe it won't be Mahalo or even facebook, but this rich knowledge or "Social Behaviors" as you call it, can't be simple rubbished as many people have.

2. It can't scale - Why not, like you say use multiple sources (RSS reader, Facebook, Delicious, Flickr etc) and with the old traditional stuff, maybe hybrid system?

3. I do wonder about Google, why they don't have digg.com or a delicious of some sort under their belts?

My favourite password manager has to be KeePass. It also works on Linux which keeps everyone in the office happy.

Running an IT company that has to keep password for clients setup's can become a bit of nightmare. Password managers can help, but as I keep pointing out to the staff they are no good if we don't keep them up-to-date.
