in Asked and answered, NY Times. Happy now? on The Secret Diary of Steve Jobs
This blog still reads more like RealDan than Fakesteve we love.
"Leander, you are a hopeless pussy. This kind of attitude is why you're a hack at Wired and not running your own multi-billion-dollar company. Carrots, not sticks? You must be joking."
You need to be more like that.

in Kelly Choi - host of Top Chef Masters on Titans of Wall Street
kelly choi shows up in these frou frou outfits to NYC premieres and photographers ask who the hell is that? and why do we need to take her picture. She uses people to get her photographs shot. She has no purpose at the premieres/red carpets. Choi has screamed at people that are beneath her or who can’t help her, she also is rumored to have slept with numerous chefs

in Payday Moans on Wallyhood
I have another idea for a great payday-style business that would work well in the Northwest. This idea is also good for folks like me because the financial stuff is over my head.
My idea involves digging pits near hiking trails and waiting for hikers to fall into them. Then I would come over and offer them valuable short-term services such as water, food, blankets, ropes, etc., at rates consistent with free market supply and demand.

Pour revenir à l'affaire, que ça circule sur le net ça me dérange pas mais que ça soit relayé par une chargée de com c'est quand même gros.

in Washington Square? on Urbnlivn
I agree with the above poster that One Lincoln Tower is more central but I personally like Washington Square's location better. That area is not as congested as the center of downtown but it's still an easy 5-10 minute stroll to the mall from there. NE 10th street, which Washington Square will be facing, is going to be the densest residential area of downtown Bellevue in a few years. Right now, there's already 4 residential towers under construction on this stretch and a few more in the pipeline.
Washington Square's first tower is scheduled to open this fall, it's about 90% sold out so there's not much selection left. The second tower which will open sometime next summer is currently nearly 60% sold out so there's still plenty of great units left. A hotel is planned for the next phase of this project, once that opens all residents will have access to its amenities.
