Thanks for the kind words, Paul.

Rest assured that we're working on reskinning the UI as we speak. It'll take a little while longer than we'd like, but we wanted to get the "innards" right first. Not very Web 2.0, I know, but the right priority given our stewardship of customers' data.

Not only do I work in my sleep -- for years, it's where I've tossed problems that I just wasn't solving during waking hours.

This includes writing code, analyzing data, and coming up with unique and effective marketing campaigns.

Just because I'm asleep doesn't mean I can't be working. Now if I could just get my employees to do the same (or, in some cases, to be awake while they work!).
