801 1st - Beyond me how a house overlooking an 8 corner intersection on a busy street is intriguing at prices above what new homes in the Tree Section can be bought for. 929 John - is already sold so I doubt it will be open. 864 14th - I think is starting to look like an "inside job" - why in the world this house has garnered so much attention on this site the last couple days leads me to believe that MBC may have finally figured out a way to create revenue from this site. The rest of the houses highlighted above (Valley, 1st, 36th & 12th) are a very poor cross section of homes. If you want to go look at open houses throw a dart at the Beach Reporter directory and you'll have a much more enjoyable time. Here's a suggested route to see some good real estate 132 2nd, 424 5th, 814 10th, 1212 Fisher, 2200 Palm.

What is your TOP 10 coa movies?

I had to watch the vid about 10 times but could not stop laughing! I say if white people can't deal with this how the hell are they going to react when they become a minority in a couple of decades?

I know its late in the game but I feel it has to be said. Wise the hell up BLACK PEOPLE! Sure Obama has a white mother but the media did a paper bag test and decided it was O.K. to treat Obama like a NEGRO and that's why he had to leave his church.


Its guilt by association by any means and, assuming that you are all raised in the U.S., you should've known that. Yes he had to leave his church. He's running a national campaign and with the unusually high attention he attracts anything would be used against him to write a narrative that says "he's TOO BLACK and therefore you can't trust him."



His church didn't exactly help on that front either. They understood that he had a real shot at winning and went out of their way to show out. Hell Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, two people who know how to draw a crowd and a camera, had enough sense to stay quiet because they understood that they if raised a hint of full fledged support it would only be used to damage Senator Obama's chance to become President Obama.



As usual you can now count on black people to consider going against thier interests and decrease support due to him making a hard decision that helps Obama's viability in the fall. Yet black people normally allow white candidates for office disregard them at every waking moment and how do they pay them back for such disrespect? With a vote and a smile.

Todd - it all started with Spacemuisc podcasts in mp3 format 112kbps, 44Khz, stereo. Quality asked for raising the bitrate, so we switched to 128kbps. After some time, we wanted to introduce chapters and illustrations because that's so much more of -interaction- and -communication- with the audience. Most of all , the AAC format offers more quality at the same bitrate! Tons of e-mail came in from people being thrilled with the AAC format, giving Spacemusic the option using chapters and pics. Now, don't get us wrong, we even switched from AAC back to MP3 again for a while at the end of 2005. Not everyone was ready for AAC yet. COuple of episodes later we announced to switch to AAC for sure starting in 2006 and we did. It was a big succes and 98% of our listeners still are very excited with the format nowadays.

Now, as far as we know OGG format (?...) doesn't bring any opportunity to include chapters and graphics? You know, we don't even know how to spell it correctly, Ogg Vorbis that is. We don't believe in Ogg to be kind of a Wold-standard in audio compressing. Mp3 and Mp4 really are better known and integrated / compatible with almost every system on this planet. Therefore, chances are kind of -zero- we'll offer another format like Ogg. This is definately not on our wishlist right now. Hope this clears things up. And forgive us here, but what the heck does it matter " now that people are paying for a show " that we should introduce another format?! What's the logic Todd? Really, do you get an extra bottle of wine at the market when you buy one bottle because this market has their slogan " people must be thirsty - we always give them 2 bottles for the price of one " Must be your imagination we guess...

I use a Pentax Optio waterproof camera for all the pictures I post on my Trout Underground blog, and since I've dropped it in the river several times, I think it was a good choice...
