Do liberals really have lower purity and disgust levels? What about things like pesticides or oil companies that elicit religious levels of disgust?

She's wrong to say weak dollar causing higher oil is inflationary. (She at least appears to understand that higher oil, and a higher CPI, are not necessarily caused by inflation. ) With a stable money supply, a weak dollar could be a short-term phenomena, but in the long-run the price of the dollar and oil would revert. People get hung up on thinking depreciated currency=inflation. It does in the long-run, but in the short-run psychology drives the market.

Do you think people who follow the rules should be let in before people who break them? What if every illegal deported is replaced by a legal immigrant?

There certainly may be people who are anti-foreigner, but what disgusts me is that the real people who are screwed are the ones who've waited YEARS to get a visa in their home country. How is it moral to punish those people?
