are you kidding me that these flagrant repeat violators are able to renew their license, registration and insurance with this type of multi year illegal activity? More embarrassing, but not surprising, is the City of Salem's lack of initiative to TOW THE VIOLATOR - check out the show on TLC where NJ has built an entire business on repeat violators and see how quickly the matter is concluded once you do the obvious and take the offending car away thus putting teeth into your parking department and ticket division alerting other scofflaws that they better pay attention and clean up overdue accounts. Payroll dollar outflow to folks to issue tickets without a process and repercussion for collecting revenue is archaic. Outsource the whole system if it can't be handled effectively by the City.

in T-Mobile Sucks on overstimulate
i've been using t-moblie for 8 years i think,or so,long time ago since they were called voice stream.today i just done with them because of their horrible customer service.last month i changed my plan online because i knew i am going to make a lot more phone calls than before(changed job),today i got my bill with $177@the same plan i was using.at the same time i cancelled my 400 txt msg service,that thing changed but not the plan.i called them and tried to get some reasons,i said i feel being cheated and want to cancel the line,and they discounted my line while i was still talking.i usually pay $40/mo,sometimes i pay over $100 because i talked more at that specific month,that's ok with me,but last month i did change my plan online,and they still using that old plan rate charging,and their customer service didnt sound like they really care about a customer who is being with them for 8 years.
