While I don't criticize other bloggers, I do hold myself to the highest standards of my third-grade education. :)

Eye before ee, except after cee. And all that good stuff. I don't always catch my misteaks, but I do try to get them all. As for outsourcing, That would be Microsoft® Word and an occasional correction by Firefox and my handy-dandy PhraseExpress utility.

By the way, I found you on Twitter, after you followed me. Thanks for both sharing your blog and your tweets!

I simply sprayed PAM® on my monitor.
Not only has my eyestrain disappeared (I can't see a thing!), the aroma of a sizzling cathode ray tube is pleasing to me.

However, as I can no longer work with this monitor, I will try the Gunnar Optiks next time.

These are good analogies. I, too, worked for such a person.
No one ever wanted to take the initiative on his behalf. Talk about destroying a team!

All managers should be required to read this book. Afterwards, if they see nothing wrong with Captain Bligh's behavior, they should be demoted!
