Robert, how many phones out there bought with a contract can you swap sims with other carriers? I bet dollars to donuts if I got a Nokia N95 with a contract from at&t (or anyone), I wouldn't be able to plop any other sim card and talk away happily. So that point is utter moot at best.

More like remember SixDegrees, they (by they I mean original owners sixdegrees, inc. and later YouthStream Media Networks) own US patent #6,175,831 or the "six degrees patent" that Tribe, Friendster, LinkedIn et al paid big money to use and brought on the likes of MySpace and FaceBook...

They always seem to get overlooked in the 2.0 bubble of social networking

With HDTV becoming more and more popular over here (just about every decent sporting event like NBA, NFL and what have you, is broadcast in HD as well as top shows like Lost, House, Grey's Anatomy etc) I'll give the ol' beeb a big thumbs up...

Maybe this will spark a rush of HDTV's being bought in the stores, like the World Cup of 2002 did for widescreen TV's, and push the digital revolution even further forward

T'was mighty fine watching this morning, the US commentators were pretty much stunned by the collapse of the Americans

After two 18Â½-9Â½ whitewashes, maybe it's time the Americans rethought their selection system, or maybe Europe needs to look elsewhere for challengers, I'd love to see Vijay Singh or Ernie Els in a Ryder Cup for instance, kind of like the Presidents Sup the US plays against "the rest of the world".

Halo 2. Loved this online since it came out, one of the best multiplayer games on Live and thatâ€™s despite the cheating thatâ€™s has plagued it.

So true, but I gave up last year when they reset everyones rankings, I had worked hard to reach an 11 and sometimes 12 so I was able to escape for all the silly kids in ranked games, going back to that put me right off. I was getting getting shit matchup after shit matchup, seriously, and it seemed that the Battle Rifle is the weapon of choice, and I hate it... PASSIONATELY!

Maybe I'll go back, but then I need an xbox and a new live account as my old one expired early this year

I doubt Smith would walk out on Scotland, especially since he's doing an amazing job there. Plus he's been there/done that with Rangers before.

Souness would be interesting, but I doubt the fans would want him after walking out in 1991 with 3 games left in the season. And his spell at Newcastle wasn't exactly a glorious success.

Of the other two I'd go for Terry Butcher, being a former captain and all, but would he leave Sydney for Ibrox?

I couldn't believe it, still cant... It's easy to say we were robbed, but fact that the referee was appalling earlier in the match hardly means we can't complain about a scandalous decision at the end. The referee was dreadful throughout. I feel bad for us because to get 24 points in a group containing the two World Cup finalists is brilliant and they dominated yesterday's game after a shaky start but the good news is that they have improved so much this campaign that they will have a much better seeding. Smith and McLeish have done a great job and they now have a good nucleus of a squad there so yeah, it's a shame but they've done brilliant in that campaign and at the moment are the best team out of the Home Nations.
