It will not grow to the same price of the other company, but you may get one share of the new company for every fifty or sixty shares of the old company. If this comes out to be less than one share, they will pay you for the fractional share.

Right now, the full message gets included within the email notification to the user.
But every day, there are at least a few people who reply to those messages directly... but the "from" address is my default site address, so I end up receiving the messages instead of the intended recipients.
The notification messages say the following twice:
"Please do not reply to this email. You must go to the following page to reply to this private message:"
