This is an interesting article, the type of learning that one gets is, that it is good to have a streamlined process, but, i beg to differ, because, of the simple fact that the rest of the processes leading to this process namely, education etc., are not so tuned for us to save our time on recruitment, we need to anyway spend that time on this.
