in Apple Investors are Going to Hell and Back on Investor in the Wilderness
Your podcast is a very frank illustration of market sentiment: pointing straight down. I believe we will smash through current support and continue down to the 2002 lows. Kass has been saying that big money is holding a lot of cash and using program trading, waiting for the 4th quarter to pass before wading back in. Me? I'm just hoping to keep my day job.

in Wilderness Technical Analysis Top Ten List on Investor in the Wilderness
Love the Top Ten T/A Disciplines podcast. I have typed up the key points to use a reference going forward. The use of chapters would be most useful in this case. At some point, will you go beyond the technicals and talk about picking stocks based on broader economic factors, product cycles, etc? Just wondering how far you're going to go with it. Great job on everything. Thanks for your energy.

Zach Bass I plan on expanding on each one in up and coming podcasts. As far as going beyond technicals, I'll probably talk about stock picking, where I look at screen stocks based on various financial criteria, and further whittling them down using fundamentals. But I'm for the most part a TA and will stick to what I believe works best.

As to how far I'm going with this venture... that's anybody's guess. I'm just trying to produce the best content I can. Thanks for the kudos.

in Apple Investors Stymied by Indecision on Investor in the Wilderness
I didn't hear the first podcast, but the second one sounded fine. Maybe consider a short tune, sound bite or sound effect at beginning and to close out the show. I bailed out of AAPL a while ago as this market is too tough for a part-timer to navigate, but I still check out your email alerts and website because I value your market analysis, and am now looking at things longer term - from a value standpoint. Glad to hear that your podcast can be appreciated by investors on many levels. (The Google Group was getting away from me as I don't trade options.) Really enjoyed your podcast and am grateful for your endless efforts to go the extra mile on your site, emails and now podcasts.

in No 3G iPhone at the WWDC ? on Investor in the Wilderness
Valid points. That would explain why no word on FCC approval of a different radio frequency for the 3G version. Whether Jobs announces it or not, we may see a selloff at some point during the WWDC - be it "sell the news" or "sell the lack of news."

ethan But when iPhone 1 was announced, the FCC didn't approve of it until what, May or June??? I can't recall. I don't think that would stop them from announcement.

Zach Bass Even if he does introduce it at WWDC, there's such speculation and hype over the feature set, that it's bound to disappoint to some degree. Apple is very smart about what they pack into products, and it often takes some baking in before people realize the wisdom of the decisions.
