in My Life In a Cube :: So Depressing It's Almost Funny on My Life In A Cube
It's like being in charge of an entire group of people's comfort level makes whoever it is that runs the heat/ac completely forget the meaning of the phrase "climate control." Yes, it's hot outside, but that doesn't mean that it has to be 40 in the office. The thermostat has this handy little arrow on the knob that points to the temperature you want it to be. Once it reaches that temperature, the heat/air turns off. But no one seems to understand that, so we sit in the office wearing jeans and a hoodie, making it so that we fry the instant we set foot outside. Oh well, guess that's just part of working in an office, apparently.

Do not pass Bartertown. Embargo. Go directly to Thunderdome. :D

Lol, well said, I was going to post a Fallout-themed comment of a similar nature (megaton, rivet city, etc.) but I see you've beat me there!

Quite clever, sir. It's kind of like those Gieco cave man commercials except, ya know, funny.

This is awesome. :) Returning him to his "friends." They look pissed. He almost ruined the gnome uprising. I wouldn't be surprised if he's next found at the end of a tiny noose for tiny treason.

Nice! Sentient creation creates more sentience! You write some pretty deep material, my friend.

I think the most funny part of this comic is the traveling magnet salesman. Are horseshoe magnets in high enough demand that they really need a traveling salesman? :)

The only thing that could have made this comic better, in my opinion, would have been a complete reiteration of the first and second panels in the last two, skeletal corpses and all. :)

I think you're being a little too critical of yourself. I can understand wanting a certain quality, not getting it, and being disappointed, but these first few comics that I've seen are really good. Good humor, better artwork than a lot of comics that I've seen. I can't wait to read the rest of the archives. :)
