Jason: Thanks for the using Mint and we're glad you think it's a great service. The service can definitely be improved and the engineering team is working hard at making Mint better.

Brandon: We're sorry that you were disappointed. You should be able to categorize transaction manually by clicking on the transaction and then selecting the "Categorize" button, then selecting the appropriate category. You can also check the box to set a rule so that the similar transactions will always be categorized in the same category.

Hey Brent, thanks for the kind words and your support as a beta tester. If you have sent any input or feedback during the private beta testing, rest assured we read every single emails (in fact, we got over 3,000 emails).

You may have noticed that the service is also much slower in recent hours, we'd like to apologize if this is causing any inconvenience (we had a few thousand people trying to add accounts in a period of under two hour).
