Political parties are the death of democracy, and we've known it from the start.

You actually point out a good way to counteract the measure if it does get passed ... but that doesn't reduce the unfettered rape of the democratic process. When people who do not vote are considered to have voted one way or the other, then we have institutionalized election fraud. This is a crime punishable by staggering fines and imprisonment in Arizona ... when an individual citizen does it. But, of course, not when it's made into law. Deplorable!
